We send the partnership proposal to potential community partners that is adapted according to organisation. Once they confirm they want to be a community partner then they are added to our list.
With every big announcement of the fest we send all the community partners the communication materials to promote that announcement on their social media and websites (ready tweets, FB post, links to article if any).
2 months before the Fest we send community partners the communication kit with a special discount code on tickets to share with their community. The communication kit consists of visuals for the fest, a ready-made article, FB/Twitter/LinkedIn posts.
