Each year there are some static and some dynamic design needs.
Certain aspects of the design are static and re-currant in terms of design for the fest. They generally follow a format & design in line with the theme for the year
The static needs comprise:
revision of the logo in different formats each year
social media covers for fest promotion
cover and end slides for speaker presentations during the fest
The dynamic needs varies with the communication campaigns, channels etc. They are outlined each year according to need and change according to what kinds of communications campaigns and channels are being used to relay information about the fest.
Usually the communications team leader does a rough mock up of the design of the website and then passes it on to the designers with specifications.
