How to report on your event
The event does not finishes when it closes its doors. It is important that we keep momentum and, above all, we share how it went. This is a good way to show success and creates a good opportunity to reflect on what worked and what did not.
In order to make this final task possible, you should have set some goals and KPIs from the beginning. If you are organising your first event, you will not have any stats or figures to compare your results with. However, when running yearly or regular events, reporting can be a great tool to show what's new, which improvements you've made and how your event and your organisation are evolving.
