The Communications team is responsible for multiple releases regarding updates about the event before the Fest according to the timeline of the Fest work. These updates are to be posted to the
Immediately after the fest the website directs to next year's website with basic landing image + logo, videos, articles, newsletter subscription and link to past fest.
This baseline evolves with the timeline of the fest and more pages get created according to the needs.
- 1.The communications leader lists all the changes to the site for the yearly re-release
- 2.the director then passes these website changes on to the developer+ designer (coding and designing phase)
- 3.lastly,after looking at the returned design to the website from the designers, the communications director verifies all the changes in the test site
- 4.After confirming all these changes, the website goes live
