This team is responsible for all the electric equipment and installation, including the WiFi network, video capture, and audio and photo support.

Tasks were divided into 4 categories:
Tech suppport for the main conference room, including electricity / cables set-up, sound installation, lighting, broadcast and video support.
Session's tech management for the main room, with a person behind the computer to broadcast the Power Point Presentations and videos, control the timer, be responsible for microphones, etc. This is what we called Slide Manager.
Tech support for secondary rooms and spaces, to ensure everything is working well, checking out plugs, screens, cameras, printers, etc.
Set-up & dismantle for the whole venue.
Shifts
We recommend having the same people in the rooms and not switching them between different spaces, so that they can get familiar with the equipment and dynamics of the assigned room and feel more comfortable with their work.
Team Requirements
Following with the example of OuiShare Fest Paris 2016, we had we had 2 area leaders and 8 volunteers [details about bees / butterflies to be confirmed].
