The team, curators working for the fest from out of Paris of even out of France will need a place to stay during the OSF as the volunteers, set up and dismantle can be included. For that you have different possibilities: whether booking a flat, call the community...
- It's important to start asking the volunteers, if they can host the others volunteers coming from around the world, if they are from Paris and have place.
- Then you can send an email to the Parisian community (through mailchimp)
- It's also useful to communicate about it through social media (OuiShare facebook groups)
And start listing the needs and the offers through a spreadsheet to manage the whole process
